A February Day

The sun has returned to my Northern home

and my daughter and I went out to enjoy it

We sat

on the ice

of the frozen lake

and enjoyed the perspective we  never get in the summer.

  1. It's interesting to change your perspective, isn't it? :)

  4. Wonderful shots of your winter wonderland! Warmer days will be here before we know it. It's been snowing since yesterday here, but we can't complain because we've actually had a sprinkling of warm 70 degree days in Jan and Feb. That's one thing about Kansas...it can be bitterly cold, but then there are these unseasonable breaks that just make it all so bearable. I could bare the cold though if I had your mountain views. Gorgeous!
